Allison Tate, R.Ph
Allison grew up in Quincy, Florida working as a teenager at a local family pharmacy. There she decided to pursue a profession in pharmacy. She also learned that health care services were not only about meeting a patient’s medical needs but also involved providing multiple forms of support to assist patients on their journey.
Allison attended McWhorter School of Pharmacy at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama and received her pharmacy degree in 1993. Allison is a licensed pharmacist in Florida and Georgia and received a Florida consultant pharmacist licensed in 1995. After finishing pharmacy school, she returned home and began working at Tallahassee Memorial Behavioral Health Center from 1993-1997. Over the last 13 years she has specialized in the treatment of patients in the Long Term Care and Assisted Living Setting.
Allison’s focus at Senior Transitions is to provide our patient’s with Medication Therapy Management services that promote positive therapeutic outcomes for patients and their families.
Allison is married to Dennis Tate and they have two children, Harrison and Avery.
