Cori Bauserman

Cori Cree Bauserman obtained her Master’s Degree in clinical social work from Florida State University in 1997 and her clinical license in 2003. She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient counseling facilities with families and children. She has also worked in a variety of settings and with diverse populations, including survivors of domestic violence, runaway and foster care youth and the elderly. Cori currently serves on the Statewide Ethics Committee of the National Association of Social Workers, Florida Chapter as well as the Sub-Unit Chair for the Big Bend Unit of the Florida Chapter of NASW. She has completed the 40-hour Professional Guardian training and serves on examining committees for the Courts. Cori is married to JD and has two children, Sarah and Drew.

Cori has expanded the services she currently offers to our Senior Transition families. Not only will Cori continue to offer individual counseling and support to our families but she will also facilitate a support group. This open group will meet twice each month at our office and will focus on the special needs of our families struggling with issues of guilt, anger and the stress of being a caregiver/decision-maker in the life of a loved one.
